When exposed to fire, all commonly used building materials lose strength or start to burn. Steel structures will begin to lose strength far below the temperature when they would begin to melt. Michele, Patricia, Ezequiel & the whole LB Hall team were a pleasure to work with on our 1205 N. Damen project. With several fireproofing scope changes occurring throughout the construction process, LB Hall was able to accommodate our needs while staying on schedule.
