We are receiving over 800 calls a day regarding broken pipes and we are overwhelmed with calls, emails and messages. We apologize for long response times but rest assured we are working overtime to try and get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible! Our hearts go out to those affected in the freeze and we are doing all we can to get water restored to our customers.
We are currently closed due to the winter storm. Our trucks are unable to drive in these conditions and our office has been without power, so we do not have access to our system. We hav received well over 600 calls at this point due to burst pipes and no water - unfortunately, there is not much we can do until it is safe for our trucks to operate but wait for the freeze to thaw. We are hoping to be able to get into the office tomorrow morning and get back to work, depending on weather conditions
