Our state-of-the-art Blastrac shot blast machines provide a cost-effective and environmentally safe method of preparing your concrete surfaces. The blasting process strips, cleans and profiles surfaces with recoverable tiny shot and leaves a dry, chemical-free surface for new coatings or overlays. Disposal costs are reduced, drying time is eliminated and, thanks to vacuum collection systems, dust and other contaminants will not become airborne.

Our teams are experienced in polishing and restoring old and new concrete surfaces. The inherent properties of polished concrete make it more durable, stain resistant, glossier, and harder than typical concrete. Our floor prep teams will provide a functional finish that suits your facility's needs and fits your budget. PCS, Inc. has completed the Standard Substrate Technology Inc., Prep/Master Training and Concrete Polishing Seminars. Our team is familiar and competent in the proper and safe use of the Prep/Master machinery and all related tooling as relates to concrete preparation and polishing.

Our experienced project engineers will recommend insulation repair or replacement that will maximize energy efficiency of piping systems. PCS, Inc. also provides custom-made Removable Insulation Covers (RIC) that allow for quick, easy removal and replacement on steam, hot water, chilled water and condensate piping systems.
