The molds and dies necessary to manufacture the shapes are designed, fabricated and machined in our shop to assure quality. Our pressed, pre-dried ceramic shapes are made with "ease of insulation" in the design and we use the highest quality materials in our manufacturing process. When installing our shapes, no ramping cycle in necessary due to pre-drying. After installation, the furnace can be taken to operating temperature with no adverse effect on the shapes. We have a full service fab and machine shop with the lastest CNC technology.
