A sunroom is enclosed and climatically controlled with ample window and door treatments to allow plenty of sunshine to enter the room. Some sunrooms are constructed under an extension of the existing roof. Other sunrooms may have a regular roof, or they may have a "glass" roof depending upon your preference. Larger sunrooms will require additional support elements. Window and door treatments in our sunrooms are available in single pane glass, or insulated glass for maximum energy efficiency. We also supply and install all electrical requirements for air conditioning, ceiling fans, lights and wall outlets.

We construct most screen rooms by enclosing an existing patio, by enlarging an existing patio and then enclosing it, or by constructing a patio and then enclosing it.
A pergola is an overhead construction that consists of an arbor or passageway with a roof of latticework. A pergola usually covers a patio, a poolside walkway, a driveway, or even a picnic or dining area. The pergola does not completely shade the area it covers. Instead, it allows only a portion of the sunlight to enter through its latticework roof. For an added touch of character and shade, allow decorative vines to grow up the columns and across the top.
