Velocity Construction deals with water damage restoration which is a done by restoring the property to its previous conditions before the water damaged the property. On the picture below we can see what Water Damage looks like and how serious the damage it creates. This photo clearly shows indication of mold in between the walls. We remove the damaged areas and replace them with the proper materials as shown in the photo. Mold can become a grave problem because it is a hazard to the structure and represents a health issue.
Drywall is a paned made out of gypsum plaster pressed between two thick sheets of paper or fiber glass; it is used to make interior walls and ceilings. What are the advantages of drywall? Drywall is passive fire resistance protection because gypsum contains water (hydrates) that have been crystallized. There is no need to wait for it to dry compared to regular plaster. We have installed many sheets of Drywall over the years.
