From the very beginning to the very end of the whole process I felt like I was being heard and my needs addressed. Communication was open and I always knew where in the process everything stood. Every person I interacted with was genuine, nice, and very helpful. During construction, the owner was very hands on helping provide insight and suggestions to ensure we would be happy with the end result.
And on top of all that, they do tremendous work! We love our deck and our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner. If we could do it all over again, or if I ever have another decking project, I will not hesitate to use Atlanta Porch & Patio!

My experience with Atlanta Porch and Patio was terrific. I had a crumbling 7 year old wooden deck and a tiny red HD paver patio. Quite unattractive. The crews from ATL Porch and Patio transformed it into a small backyard oasis with a level beautiful patio! They added a spot for my Solo Stove fire pit, and a great seating area that’s perfect for several guests and my furry creatures- they love it as much as I do. The crews were very experienced, respectful, hard-working (no time wasting at all) and diligent. They were on time every day (or early) and worked until it was complete and did a great job cleaning up. So happy and impressed with my experience. Totally recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We are very pleased with our new screen porch built by Atlanta Porch and Patio. We worked with David McWhirter and he helped throughout the entire process, from idea and design to completion. There were a lot of choices to make and he helped us think through them. He also made sure that things were on track and progressing. It was a complete build from scratch room and included cutting through an exterior wall and putting in new doors. We are impressed with the quality of the framing and build and finish of the room. We have really enjoyed the room to date and think we will have many evenings to come using it.

Working with Atlanta Porch and Patio has been a wonderful experience! Our project manager Chris listened to our wishes and offered creative ideas and solutions to turn our backyard into our own entertaining oasis! Chris and his crew designed and built a fabulous new deck, retaining wall, and beautiful patio with a built in fire pit, all of which we absolutely love! Everything we could have hoped for in quality of work, professionalism, and communication! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Atlanta Porch and Patio. They only offer consultations on weekdays, so I took a day off work to meet the rep at my home. The consultation visit took nearly an hour and the rep discussed different ideas and options with me (he was very knowledgeable).
However, when I then tried to follow up to get a quote, things went downhill. I had a follow up phone call with the rep and he promised sketches and a quote within 48 hours. Two weeks later, I have no response despite calling him and emailing him several times. I also called and emailed the company's main phone number / email, and they promised a response by end of day. No such luck.
It has now been over a month and no one will get back to me. This is terrible customer service - they wasted my time, made me take a day off work, and never gave me the quote that I was promised.
Given how unreliable they are and how they have no regard for a customer's time, I would not trust them with a project. If you do decide to work with them, proceed with caution - I suspect the unreliability won't just be in the consultation / quote stage. Very disappointing.

Sol and his team created an amazing outdoor fireplace, patio, and walkway that flows seamlessly from our previously existing covered porch. They provided excellent service and craftsmanship and completed it all on time. We are so happy with our extended outdoor living space and we highly recommend Atlanta Porch & Patio to anyone planning an outdoor living area project!!

I just had my deck replaced by Atlanta Porch and Patio. My old deck was built in 1984. It was way passed the time it should have been replaced. The new deck that Atlanta Porch and Patio built is A-1 supreme in quality. My neighbors have come by and complimented me on how well built it is. It seems very solid when walking on it that it looks like you could drive a car onto it. I am extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this company for any similar construction.

They came up with several fantastic ideas for our porch and patio extension (including a spiral staircase), and it turned out AMAZING. They were quick to fix any issues and went above and beyond to perfect our outdoor living space.
Chris, our project manager, could not have been any more responsive or professional.

We could not have been happier with the work that Atlanta Porch and Patio did for us. The team meticulously transformed our dilapidated outdoor area into the centerpiece of our home. From replacing our deck, building new retaining walls, installing pavers, updating fixtures, and even adding special features that we didn’t know we needed that really enhances the area, the entire job was fantastic. They also made sure to communicate with us throughout the entire project so that we understood expectations and steps in the process. I highly recommend them for your next outdoor living space job.
