Only 90% of rainwater is drained by the tiles themselves; the other 10% is drained by the underlayment -this can leak and can be difficult to track down to its source. Thermoplastic Polyolefin can come in many colors and are bonded together with specialty tools. TPO is commercial grade roof mandated by many industries on their flat roofs, but can be used in a residential setting in place of rubber on a low sloped pitch. The advantage to TPO is you can get a full system warranty for up to 30 years.

We install fiberglass and organic shingles. We match asphalt shingles and flashing to the original look of the building. We use hand-soldered flashing on many of our asphalt projects, just as we do with our slate and tile projects.

Precision Slate & Tile offers full pointing, rebuilding and spot pointing of exterior chimneys and masonry. We are experts at color matching the mortar and we also match the type of aggregate in the mortar. Often times spot pointing is much more economical versus fully pointing. We are able to work within your budget to address your masonry needs. Water sealing your chimney is another great option to preserve mortar joints, bricks and crowns from the freeze/thaw cycles here in Ohio. Along with your masonry needs we can also install aluminum, stainless steel or copper animal/water barriers to protect entire top of chimney.
