Terrific small business you can feel good about supporting. Tony, John, and Melanie are wonderful to work with. Their prices are very competitive and beat out other places I checked. John and Anthony were patient and spent time helping me through my order and figure out my needs, even though I'm just an individual homeowner and not a big contractor--a kind of service rare to find these days. When due to unfortunate circumstances I had to cancel a good part of my order, Melanie jumped immediately to contact the manufacturer, and was able to recoup most of my payment, less a percentage deposit fee. I was so appreciative and grateful for their service, which puts the customer first. The French doors I finally had installed were absolutely beautiful, high quality and such an improvement over my old sliding patio doors. I will come back to use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone!

My experience with Tony was first rate. We had a sliding door that had come off the runner so we couldn't open/close/lock the door. Had another company come out, they looked at it, left and never came back. Tony came out the same day I called him, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. He also took the extra time and effort to contact Milgard for me so that a part could be replaced. I would highly recommend the service at Accent Window

We were looking for someone to install a keyed lock on our rear sliding doors so we could enter from outside when it's locked. It took many calls to several businesses before we could find someone who could both purchase the right part as well as install it. After calling John at Accent Window Systems, we had confidence that the correct part would be ordered. The installation was quick and painless, and the overall experience seemed like a breeze. We're happy with the lock and would definitely do business again.

I was having trouble contacting Midgard Windows for service on my sliding door. I called Accent Window to see if they could help me out. John explained that Millard was having major systems crashes and was unable to service anyone nor provide product. John found the parts I need to fix my broken latch handle and came out the next day. He did me a huge favor and I appreciate it!

We recently had an attempted burglary on our patio sliding door. Upon discovering that our door was a Milgard, we reached out to their support whom recommended that I contact John from Accent Window Systems. John was professional and extremely knowledgeable about Milgard windows and doors. I sent him a few photos of the damaged door and he was able to diagnose and order parts that needed to be replaced. Once the part was received, John personally came out to replace the lock when the rest of his guys were on other calls. While the aesthetics of the door were damaged, John did his best to relax the plastic and it looked significantly better. When I'm ready to replace the door or windows, I'll definitely give John a call.

I was looking for a company to service the Velux skylights in our home and found Accent Window Systems on the Velux website. It was a pretty small service order, but Tony didn't hesitate to send out his service guy, John, the very same day. John was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. My issues were resolved quickly, and at an extremely fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use Accent Windows again for my window/skylight needs and I will recommend them to anyone who needs windows.

We had a problem with the lock on a Semco door. Fortunately for me when I called, John picked up the phone. He had previously worked on our windows, so he remembered me. We set up the appointment, and John showed up on time, did a great job fixed the lock and explaining to me what went wrong, and how we could avoid repeating the problem. He answered all my questions, and even using his power tool opened an screw that I had been struggling with all day. (going above and beyond). Thank you John, and a big 5* to Accent Windows.
