We have raised our standards of time management, allowing our employees the freedom and flexibility to serve our customers more efficiently. Since 1998, Roadrunner of Nevada has been a leading provider of efficient, high-quality drywall services for Las Vegas builders. Providing drywall and paint for large volume single family tract homes, apartments, multi-family, and high end custom homes. With growing demand and a proven reputation of honesty, integrity, and trust, Roadrunner expanded into the Tucson area.
Builders throughout Arizona and Nevada continue to entrust Roadrunner Drywall to deliver the highest quality product and service. In 1977, with little more than a pickup truck and a single apprentice, Mark and Bev Nuessle started Roadrunner Drywall. Today, with hundreds of employees throughout Arizona and Nevada, Roadrunner is one of the Southwest's major drywall companies. The couple will tell you the business was built on their reputation for honesty and hard work. Today, Roadrunner Drywall markets include single-family, multifamily, custom homes and commercial work with major developers and homebuilders in Arizona and Nevada, drywall and paint.
This is a term we use here in the Southwest to describe this type of texture. It is hand applied usually with a 24" knife or trowel and with a turn of the wrist, the material will spread out thinly "skipping" across a smooth surface. This is our most commonly hand applied texture in the Phoenix market. Level III = Two coats on fasteners, corner trims and Joints second coated to 12. A Level III drywall finish equals a Level III paint finish and darker colors and advanced sheens don't respect this type of level.
Different divisions work each type of project. While each is equally important, the divisions are managed independently because they are not the same drywall to drywall. Our team members are specialized by the projects with which they work. Custom homes take additional supervision because each requires a great deal of detail. Multifamily projects are more complex because they have firewalls and shaft liners, etc. Because of the technical aspects, we constantly review these plans in detail with the project manager to assure all specs are being met.
