An effective gutter and downspout system will protect your property by moving water away from your property's foundation or basement. We generally recommend a 5" gutter system on asphalt shingle roofs and 6" systems on metal and tile roofs. However, some shingle roofs may require a 6 system depending on the type of shingle and pitch of the roof. Today, 5" seamless gutters and 2"x3" downspouts are typically installed on new construction homes and re-roofs. We have the equipment to install either 5" or 6" seamless gutters.
