Our project managers work closely with the engineers to design elements of a project with an emphasis on production and repetition. PDM Constructors is a carpentry contractor with an Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI)*-certified millwork fabrication shop. We specialize in fine carpentry and custom millwork fabrication and theming and also provide plastic laminate and wood veneer casework. Using the latest technology and equipment in our 100,000-square-foot fine carpentry manufacturing facility, we perform our own finishing in our on-site spray booth, and we welcome customers to visit our shop while we are fabricating their projects.
As one of the leading drywall contractors, we provide traditional carpentry services on the largest and most complicated projects in our region, but our team is also versatile enough to handle smaller and more specialized projects. We start each framing project with CAD drawings, the model, and our manufacturing facility. In the field, we layout using Hilti Positioning Layout Tools. From that digital layout, we kit the framing elements in our prefabrication shop. We manufacture the metal studs and track ourselves.
