Horrible company! We had a scheduled appointment with them and they called at 7:50 and said they'd be here in 10 mins. 2 hours go by and my wife finally calls back and we are told we were bypassed because he didn't know if anyone would be here. Absolutely horrible service!

After calling one other appliance repair company to come out for an analysis, which was far more expensive and would not go toward the repair, we called GOFAR Services.
