My Whirlpool front load washer control panel locked up and I couldn't get it reset only canceling. I called Monday morning and the technicians were able to come Wednesday. They quickly resolved the issue with the washer. I also asked them to deal with a disposal that made a terrible grinding noise. It turned out to be a small piece of plastic that I hadn't been able to see. I was only charged the standard service charge for the washer and a small additional charge for dealing with the disposal. I have used Appliance Coonections several times in the last few years, and have been satisfied with price and quality of the service.
Came early in time window both for estimate and to fix my fridge and called when in their way. Will use them for future repairs. Like supporting local businesses!
