So first the technician came to home & after 5 minutes concluded home dryer could not be repaired until dryer vent from laundry room to roof was completely cleaned ..
So now I have an 8 month old new dryer 160 to clean vent 80 to tell me vent needs to be cleaned...washer cost 350 brand new recently ...
Vent cleaned & something else replaced 90 to make dryer work again...the reservation section is extremely inconsistent & I spent same price as new dryer + 2 visits to get fixed..

Reman (spelling?) performed timely and professional work to repair the washer. He and his colleague were well groomed and pleasant. A call was placed to let us know they were coming, per our request. The problem was quickly diagnosed, and the repair done right away. We were thanked for our business, and stickers were placed on the washer and refrigerator with contact information. We'll be sure to keep their team in mind for future needs. BTW, I placed several calls, but this firm was the first and only one to call me back.

I called them on Wednesday and set up an appointment for the following Friday. They called before they came out and arrived 40 minutes later on Friday afternoon. My Hotpoint oven came with the 55 year old house and I was pleased that the technician, Remon, had the correct heating element on his vehicle; and yes the van did have the company's logo in plain view on the side.
Remon completed the job in less than 20 minutes. I'll be sure to use them again for other appliance issues.
