Our ice maker wasn't working so I completed the information on the Raker website and John called me back within an hour and scheduled an appointment for the next day between 12-2. He was here on time, did a thorough assessment, told us we needed a new ice maker and ordered it while he was here. Within a week, he was back and installed the new ice maker. I would highly recommend Raker Appliance!
