I will never recommend them to anyone. Supposedly GE certified repair company that they use when you call Home Depot extended earranty. They are RUDE and arrogant. I have been waiting since May 9 2018 for parts that were ordered without anyone even coming to check the problem. Gauranteed 99.5% of time they are correct with diagnosis. After several calls on parts status and no-one checking I called GE myself. Guess what parts arrived and never told me and then missing another part that wouldnt be in until June 8th. Finally, a GE tech came out after repeated calls to my extended warranty company. The tech from GE came, NOT from Jersey Appliance and I didnt need any parts all. It was a dirty sensor thats all. Wasted my time and over $100 on laundry fees. This company is a joke, will never recommend. Nasty receptionist, owner and service dept.
We called Jersey Appliance for a refrigerator ice problem. Jorge came out and said it was a defected door (ice line) and suggested I call LG to replace. After numerous calls to LG they agreed to replace door for us. Jorge came out for the second time with my new door and installed it. I have to say he was the most pleasant guy and hard worker. It was such a pleasure dealing with him as well as Vicky who works in the office. I would highly recommend them.
Jersey Appliance On Tuesday, 10/26/17, Mike came right on time to inspect and repair our Bosch dishwasher. His expertise and knowledge was outstanding. He brought to our attention many factors which I called Lowe's on. I would not hesitate to call Jersey Appliance again. Mike should be a role model for all technicians who work on appliances. In fact I am going to recommend him and Jersey Appliance to Lowe's Bart Sherman
