We are currently accepting applications for an experiencedHVAC/R technician for an immediate opening. Applicant must have at least 5 years experience in repair/installation of air conditioning and commercial refrigeration.
If this is a high efficiency furnace (and it should be) the venting is pvc and exits out the side wall of your home. This needs to be kept clear of all obstructions, and should be checked during and following a snow storm. Your furnace should lock out if this pipe is covered. Central Air Conditioning - The system should be serviced every other year, unless cooling is a medical necessity, then it needs to be serviced every year. During the "off" year, you will still need to replace the air filter.
