All permit submittals and inspections are made using the Etrakit web portal (with the exception of Commercial building permits). If you have not been using the e-Trakit online web portal for inspections and permitting, we ask that you start utilizing it now. The City of Colleyville's Building Inspection Department has implemented e-TRAKiT, a software program that enables citizens and registered contractors to access building permit and code enforcement information.
