The technician Brad contacted me when in route and arrived as promised. His installation knowledge and skills were excellent and we made decisions together regarding specific component placement to optimize performance. He seamlessly integrated my Liftmaster WI-FI overhead door opener to the system and made sure my Alert360 app was installed correctly. Thanks to Derek situation got resolved and I was able to end my contract earlier and got a refund for the months I have not used the system. There are a few issues I experienced with this system, one is if your electricity goes out, then the control panel is messed up and needs to be reset which sometimes can be a pain.
