Island Security understands the needs of larger commercial businesses. We have been involved with medium to large projects in all aspects of low voltage security since 1978. We do not allow ourselves to take on any project that is too large. By this we mean we understand our capabilities and delivery times are critical to us as well as you and we meet them. Permits, Drawing Plans, Dealing with Foreman, other Sub-Contractors, and the General Contractor or Architect are pleasures to us and we see that it is the same for them in working with us.
We have been monitoring customers since 1978. Customers from the smallest summer cabin, to the largest commercial factories. Our monitoring station meets all Local, State, and Federal requirements as well as being selected to be a U.L. Monitoring station. What this means to you is that whatever your monitoring needs are we provide them. Island Security will do any low-voltage project. We also provide unique security devices to notify our clients if their green house is too hot or cold. If their freezer goes out, If there water heater or any other device with water starts leaking it will be detected.
Since 1978 Island Security has been chosen to install commercial security for the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sonics ( don't blame us, even though they got stolen ), Seattle Storm, City of Seattle Golf Courses, Skyway Luggage, Schuchart-Dow Construction, Monorail, and the Mercer Island School District to name a few. We have also installed over eleven thousand residential alarm systems throughout the Puget Sound Region in homes ranging from two hundred thousand dollars in value to tens of millions in value.
