The only reason I didn't give a one is because I really enjoyed the man who came out and measured and then came back out and ATTEMPTED to do his job, had his company provided him with the correct material. We have been waiting over a month and a half for new shower glass doors in our master bathroom. We are a family of five so showering in my kids bathroom is getting very difficult. Anywho, Arizona came out to install yesterday, and guess what? Yes, it was 100% the wrong thing we ordered. We went through Lowes who contracted Arizona glass. Lowes has called us several times to appologize for all of this. NOT one SINGLE call from Arizona to talk to us personally or to appologize, nothing! We even made it a point to call Arizona a couple days before install for confirm they had the color glass we had chosen. Their answer, "yes". So now here we are another 2-3 week wait and we are Very upset. What makes me so upset is the customer service, and the fact no one has called from their management to apologize. Because of the time loss we are still choosing to have this company install in two weeks (we hope), so at this point I can only hope their quality is better than their customer service.
