The customer acknowledges that a representative of ONE SOURCE SECURITY & AUTOMATION, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "OSS" or "alarm company") has explained additional equipment, systems and protection that may be available from Alarm Company, for additional charges, and the customer has had sufficient opportunity to consider the additional services that may be available, and has decided not to request or contract for such additional equipment, systems or protection. The customer acknowledges that not all of the above services are available or offered by Alarm Company but the services and equipment were brought to the customer's attention and the customer declined such services or the opportunity to obtain the services from other security companies.

Our commercial security systems are complemented with a UL-listed monitoring station, so you can rest assured that we're on the job even when you're not. With a full range of options including test timers, scheduled open/close monitoring, cellular radio transmission and environmental monitoring. We can be your "One Source" for monitoring.

Low-cost security alarm monitoring by a U.L. listed central station, remote arm/disarm, our monitoring rates are relatively low and are guaranteed to stay the same for at least 3 years.

One Source Security offers access control systems starting with one-door applications and expanding to complete systems operating in Windows, Windows Server and cloud environments. We offer multiple technologies including Smart Card, Wiegand, Barcode, Proximity and Biometrics. We are able to integrate the access control system with security, fire and camera systems for complete operation from one central computer.
