Our company was started in 2004 by Maeis Mikhaeilyan and Jasmin Khachatouri. What began in a garage has now moved to a custom fabrication shop on San Fernando Road in Glendale CA. Maeis has over 40 years of experience in the industry, and can get any job done at a fair price in a reasonable manner.

MJs is a great place to go for your kitchen remodel. While communication was a little challenging to start, once we exchanged emails and photos and measurements... we were off to the races.
Manuel is fantastic! We talked a couple times and got an initial idea of what we wanted to do. Then he came to measure and talk a bit more so we could refine the project. Manuel provided us with renderings and a quote that was well within our budget. We are not starting our project just yet because of timing but once we say yes, I'll come back to talk about that experience. So far, MJ has been fantastic to quote us and get us started on our kitchen remodel. I recommend them with no reservations!

What can I say but W-O-W. Manuel and Mike did *such* a beautiful job on our kitchen I am still writing Thank-You notes to them months later. Everything is so beautiful and perfectly finished.
We did a complete kitchen remodel during peak Covid, a down-to-the-studs remodel, which is nerve-racking under the best of circumstances. Manuel and Mike and every single one of their workers were respectful, professional and kind, which is saying a lot, and which meant a lot since they were in our home during that most stressful time of the pandemic.
At first, during the design process, I worried that Manuel didn't really know me, and therefore he wouldn't understand what I wanted the kitchen to look like, and how I expected it to operate. Ultimately I decided to step back and let him do his thing, and he anticipated and executed every dream I ever had for kitchen space.
When friends come over and I show them some of the custom installations he made, every time they are left swooning.
Thank you Manuel and Mike for making my kitchen dreams come true!

EXCELLENT craftsmanship!! They came in with the lowest bid and over delivered. Even with the crazy complications of Covid, Manuel and his team went above and beyond. He came up with additional ideas that never thought of and implemented them beautifully at reasonable cost. I found them on yelp and grateful I did. Ten stars if I could!

MJ did my entire kitchen and laundry room in the summer of 2018. I was happy with the price and overall look of my walnut cabinets, but what we saved in money, we spent in headaches and extra work and time.
We worked with Manuel (who is Mike's youngest son) and found him to be responsive until we gave him the first check. Then communication stopped. He never did make us a floor plan which caused a lot of mistakes and delay for both Mike and our contractor. Full size cabinets needed to be remade and walls needed to be rebuilt because he didn't do his job.
They kept odd hours working from evening until 10pm with very loud noise, but we were just happy they came! They finished a month late, and 3 months after I gave the first payment.
Absolutely do not give them the last payment until you are 100% satisfied with their work. They forgot one shelf which I knew my husband could make, but then a day after they finished, 2 drawer faces pulled completely off. They never did come back to fix any of that. If my husband wasn't so handy, I would be out-of-pocket and angry. If you can manage it, I'd advise you to live with the new cabinets for a couple days before you pay them in full.
