We start with the strongest cold-rolled, one sided, 5/8 particleboard available. It is chosen for it's integral bond and it's ability to maintain strength when it is fastened with our embedded staple system. Currently, you have a choice of three colors. We use 5/8 wide T-moulding that is applied by hand in our shop. This moulding is far superior compared to glued on edgebanding that can crack, peel and fall off due to the heat and cold in a garage. T-moulding gives the door a "bumper" effect around the edges.
