Great customer service. Called bc there was a small issue and a person answered the phone and addressed it right away. I think these closet solutions are great. I do wish you could buy more individual parts sometimes vs the prepackaged kits. Surprised the rating on here isn’t higher. I’m glad they use UPS and not FedEx as well.

The closet units themselves are very nice but the hardware included in the kits is so cheap, the units are practically impossible to install. You can’t use a power tool on the screws as the head just strips. And I have multiple screws where the head has just snapped off while screwing in manually. Both situations leaving me to buy additional tools to try and remove the broken or stripped half-installed screws while trying not to damage the units. I bought 2 16” Deluxe closet units and an additional shelf unit, none of which I have been able to complete the install on due to the faulty hardware. Very disappointed and regretting the purchase.

The solid wood closet system I ordered cost less than the mediocre plastic covered wire systems. Well-designed. Amazing value. And they are a relatively small company that has earned my support. I cannot recommend this company adequately. If you have a closet project, I would suggest conducting appropriate due diligence, and I aver that once you do that it is very likely you will choose to support this cool little company.
