At BWS & CRG we offer custom cabinetry in both traditional face frame style and European/frameless, as well as 3 semi-custom lines in order to ensure that we are meeting your specific requirements and the needs of the space. We work to create unique designs that function the way you utilize your space. There are unlimited options, so you won't need to compromise on design. We also offer affordability that should not be overlooked. We carry two of the MasterBrand lines: Omega (Dynasty, Pinnacle, and Full Access), and Homecrest; follow their links to learn more about what we offer.
Wood is a natural material that differs greatly from tree to tree. It may have several different colors, different shape and type of grain patterns, and be better suited for either staining or painting. Maple for example is a closed grain type of hardwood, and is great to manufacture painted cabinets. Oak on the other hand, is an open grain hardwood (it means that when you run your fingers on its surface you can feel the small crevices of the grain lines), and is great for stained cabinetry where the color variations and contrast is the primary focus point.
Please make sure there are no tripping hazards and that during the winter season there is no ice that could cause the installers to trip or slip while carrying heavy countertops that would likely cause injury and/or damage to product. Prior to the installers arriving (if existing countertops are to be removed by BWS-CRG) the existing countertops need to be cleared just as you did for the measure as described here. If plumbing is in place and you are not using BWS/CRG to assist with plumbing services, all the plumbing needs to be disconnected.
Requesting an estimate for cabinets or countertops is easy! All we need is rough measurements of your kitchen walls, noting the size and placement of windows and doors, and your ceiling height. If you have brand and model number of your appliances, or even their dimensions, these are helpful too. In the case of countertops, all we need is rough measurements of the existing ones. For a quick quote you can email your form to us. If you would like to discuss your project in further detail, we suggest making an appointment with one of our designers, and walk-ins are welcome too!
Usually, a clean, soft cotton cloth or microfiber cloth for laminate and high gloss cabinetry dampened with warm water will do the trick! For extra grime fighting, a mild solution of dishwashing liquid (not dishwasher products) mixed with fresh, clean, warm water will take care of dirt and grease. 5% dishwashing liquid to 95% water is a good ratio. After cleaning your stained or painted cabinets, wipe them down with a clean, damp cloth and be sure to dry wet/damp surfaces with another clean soft cloth.
Laminate countertops are fabricated out of a sheet of laminate bonded to particle board to create a finished product. It offers the widest variety of colors and patterns among the countertop materials, and it is easy to maintain and care for. It is also one of the most inexpensive options for your countertops, and it can mimic all surface type, including wood. It can also be farbicated with an integrated sink for a modern and refined look.
The quality is terrible and we are unhappy with their responses to our complaints. They also contracted with a plumber who broke our faucet and they all (both the plumber and Bob's Wood Specialties) refuse to refund the service fees or replace the faucet. Avoid this company.
Excellent service from granite selection, measurements, and installation. Truly professional company from start to finish.
