Every custom cabinetry project is guaranteed to surpass our client's expectations and we pride ourselves with a guaranty unmatched by any of our competitors. If you are considering custom cabinets for your home or office, meet with the professionals at River City Custom Cabinetry and experience why our first time customers become our life long customers. River City Custom Cabinetry has built a reputation of unsurpassed quality and craftsmanship over the 25 years we've been in business. The best compliment and recommendation, is the number of clients that return to R.C.C.C. for a second, third, or fourth time to have us facilitate the ideas and visions they have for truly beautiful and functional custom cabinets for their homes.
Among the different types of equipment and techniques we employ within our state of the art manufacturing facility, the CNC Router is the most impressive. This sophisticated machine allows technicians to produce many times the work traditionally provided by many craftsmen in a fraction of the time, and assures that every cut needed to produce your new cabinets is exact to a fraction of an inch. Our CNC Router also computes the required cuts and organizes its tasks to make maximum use of materials with little waste.
River City Custom Cabinetry creates a blueprint for each piece of your project, then provides you a proposal with detailed descriptions of the construction, materials, and cost. If a piece is damaged in the future, such as a drawer, we can duplicate any part of your project from these blueprints. We will also provide a schedule for your project from start to finish, including installation. The next part of the design process is measuring. Damon and one of our engineers will visit the job site whether it is a remodel or new construction.
Now that you are ready to move forward with the cabinets of your dreams, the first step is to meet personally with our owner and master craftsman; Damon Rebhahn. Damon will spend as much time as you need to fully understand your goals. After your initial consultation, our designers and engineers create very specific plans for your project using your goals and ideas, and measurements we've taken from your home or office. Crafting your new cabinetry begins with the precise cuts of our CNC Router which produces each of the pieces that will be assembled, finely hand sanded and finished to your specifications.
When we refer to hand crafted custom cabinetry, we mean it. Of course we automate much of the initial cutting, but once we have all of the individual pieces of your cabinets ready for assembly and finishing, our experienced craftsmen take over. Hand sanding, staining, painting and all assembly and final finishing is performed by our custom cabinet makers at our plant in Atlantic Beach, Florida. The next step is hand crafting your River City Custom Cabinetry project. After our engineers and designers have planed your cabinetry and created a blueprint, we have the measurements of every piece of wood needed to build your cabinets.
One of our clients loved her Steinway grand piano so much, she wanted her cabinetry to match. All of our projects are custom, making it easy for us to mix a stain to create the color she desired. Though we created her custom black cabinetry, it looks like it was made by Steinway. An initial consultation is the first step in creating your luxury custom cabinetry. This is a very exciting part of the process and we always look forward to spending as much time as needed with each customer. The owner of River City Custom Cabinetry and a master craftsman, Damon Rebhahn, will meet with you to discuss your project.
River City Custom Cabinetry staffs skilled installers are knowledgeable not only in the construction of your cabinetry, but also in the professional installation of your new cabinets. As the construction of your new cabinetry is completed, the entire set of cabinets is staged and checked for proper alignment and dimension to assure a perfect and trouble free installation. In our staging department, a River City Custom Cabinetry installer will assemble your cabinetry at various times throughout the building process to make sure all pieces fit and work correctly, and check for any flaws before it moves into finishing or staining.

Nothing like seeing another beautiful project finished.
An all white walk in closet is all we need right about now. Very classic and modern and the chandelier is the perfect touch.
Mixing modern and industrial is a good way to add complexity and contrast to your space. Loving the white cabinetry and the metal doors.
