Turnkey started out as an idea at a kitchen table. Owners and husband/wife team Deanna Novarro-Ek and Karl Ek decided to blend their strengths to build a company that could be a legacy for their children. With vast construction backgrounds in general construction, painting and sales, the couple set out to build a construction and painting company with a mission for providing property managers and building owners with a "one-stop-shop" service offering to eliminate the need for multiple vendors and contracts.
