Custom Woodworking & Design

Custom Woodworking and Design LLC. is owned and operated by John Franzino. We specialize in high end custom kitchens, baths, wall units, furniture and bars. We are a small shop in West Milford, NJ with close to 20 years of experience. We have no salesmen so you deal directly with John, the owner and builder of your cabinets. Because we are a small shop and not a factory with many employees, we pay special attention to the craftsmanship that needs to go into each and every cabinet. Our custom cabinets are built with the finest cabinet grade plywoods available.

I started my woodworking career working in a couple of shops in the mid 90's, I received most of my early training from there. Most of the work I do now I learned through experience from trial and error. I started taking on side jobs and got so busy I went into my own business around 1998. I got into woodworking because I needed a job, but I liked it so much it became my career. It's a very rewarding talent. I don't feel like I am actually at work when in my shop. I take great pride in my work, and have many satisfied clients.
