Rupert Smith is the sole proprietor of Empire Construction and has been in the construction and tile business since 1982. He specializes in tile, granite, marble and other exquisite stone. Rupert began his career in London, England where he completed an apprenticeship in carpentry. He then worked in different countries, such as Spain and Norway, furthering his knowledge and experience. He established himself in the United States in 1992 when he started a company in Florida.
