Suzanne Sears started the company in 1996. Over the years she has formed deep relationships in the community; from local general contractors, local business owners, designers and builders, to her neighbors and peers. We value those relationships as a team. We treat everyone that comes through our door with the upmost respect, and we continue to grow those relationships while learning from one another. Through the years, we have learned that this business is a lifestyle, and our job is never done.

In overall performance characteristics, nylon is the most versatile of all fibers, it resists crushing and matting. Heavy traffic, pets and kids are no match for resilient nylon. Though not inherently stain resistant, most nylon carpets are manufactured with a stain protection against household spills and stains. Smart Strand/Triexta-Has excellent durability and built-in stain and soil resistance, our exclusive Triexta fiber resists stains and wear without sacrificing softness. Loop - Loop construction carpet has dense, looped strands and a low profile for a clean, low-maintenance look.

All the hard work in designing your tiled space has paid off! Your tile is ordered and installation with our tile professional is scheduled. Tile is installation is tough work, very labor intensive and meticulous attention to detail along with an artist's eye is needed. You will need to clear all furniture and appliances from the tiled area or talk to your project coordinator about having our installers taking care of that for you. All plumbing fixtures, toilets, shower heads, sinks, faucets need to be removed prior to installation beginning.
