Waterjet Cutting provides numerous advantages over other alternatives including the ability to produce clean edges with little secondary clean-up, elimination of heat affected zones, minimal tool radius, and tolerances as close as +/-.001 are possible. The ability to produce complex shapes with sharp inside radiuses without any special tooling gives laser cutting many advantages over punch presses and stamping. Our fiber laser is best suited for Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, and Copper, but our CO2 laser can handle a variety of other materials including plastics, paper, and wood products.
At Precision Waterjet Inc., our dedicated staff strives to provide the best possible service for all our customers.
