I looked at more than seven solar energy suppliers in the region. I settled for Solare because they were the only ones that are actually ran by well rated both a building contractor and a licensed electrician. Honestly they weren't the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. They were really honest about what I could expect out of the equipment and took measurements before we even settled on the best location for the equipment to go in. This before I paid them a dime. Another vendor would even offer any of this.
We had a fantastic experience when we bought and the system was installed (5 stars). It's a large 13.5kW system with 50 microinverters. The powerline Ethernet comms died after three years. I replaced those no big deal (4 stars). In mid May this year, the system started outputting 0W. Nobody at Solare was watching apparently, even though I thought this was the exact reason that we gave them access to the system. I have tried email, social media and voice mail to get help to fix the system. Hopefully we can get this fixed swiftly as it's hot and the air is on. I'd hate to have to pay SDG&E again. (2 stars). Please help!
