As long as your floor is properly sealed and maintained, you should find no need for these products. Always read the manufacturers label to find out. All acids, no matter how weak, will etch marble surfaces. Natural marble is commonly installed as thresholds in doorways and is also installed in windowsills and shower curbs. In addition, avoid any cleaner that contains harsh abrasives.
We will prepare the area where the upholstery will be cleaned to protect your surrounding furnishings. Depending on your fabric, a special solution designed for your fabric type and the soiling condition will be applied to "emulsify" the soil. Any potentially difficult spots will be pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal. The fabric will then be gently groomed using soft upholstery brushes to further loosen the soil. Our technician will review the cleaning results with you to insure that your expectations have been met or exceeded.

After a tropical storm, we had water come in around a French door in the bedroom. The rain soaked the Carpet in a 3' x 6' area. Bill and Josh came right over. They pulled as much water out of the carpet as possible then loosened it and put large drying fans under. They came back 48 hours later and put the carpet back. Looks perfect.

I’ve used Crystal Carpet and Tile on a few occasions over the past couple of years. They are very professional and easy to work and communicate with. They were very flexible in their scheduling to make my project work for me. I had all my tile floors cleaned, and the grout sealed, and I could t be happier. Not only did they arrive when they said they would, but they came a few minutes early to get the job set up and got right to work. They are a great family owned business and I highly recommend them.

Another great job! Our carpet was really dirty after several days of workmen tracking through, A couple of days after cleaning the carpet we noticed 2 spots that didn't quite look perfect. One call to Crystal and they came back and made it perfect. Call Crystal Carpet. They won't be happy till you're happy!

I called on Wednesday and my carpets were cleaned by Friday afternoon! I checked around and their price can't be beat. We have an older dog who has been sick on our carpets and I was sure they couldn't be saved but Josh was wonderful - he explained what he needed to do, was fast and done before I knew it! I am so happy to work with a local company and Crystal Cleaners was great!

I just wanted to tell you THANK YOU for the amazing job you did in cleaning our carpets last week. You have been cleaning our berber carpet for the past 12 years and it always look brand new when you are done. But I thought we were done for with this last one - we recently assumed a 5m/o German Shepherd puppy and she WRECKED our carpets - crazy dirt and potty accident spots that wouldn't come up, pulled out strings of carpeting.We are waiting a few more months to get tile, and I called you as a last ditch effort so I could cope with the carpeting that long. You cleaned the carpets while we were gone on vacation, and when we returned, it looked BRAND NEW again (okay, well, minus the spots that our puppy pulled strips of carpeting out). You re-hooked some of the pulled up pieces, you took EVERY spot out. Truly just amazing. You always get us scheduled when we need you and you have extremely reasonable prices. I'm grateful and wanted to share it with all!
