Product came promptly. They answer questions. And the product was easy to install and looks great. Very happy.
I wish I had examined the tiles more closely before installing them. There are little bumps on nearly every tile, and they are noticeable. And the tiles are not perfectly even. Guess I can't return or exchange them now, and any replacements may have the same issues. I assume it's a flaw in the mass production process. Very disappointed! Would love to exchange a box to see if some perfect tiles do exist.
