EcoDomo LLC develops, manufactures and designs true sustainable luxurious architectural details. EcoDomo was initiated in 2005 in response to the need for high-end ecological and renewable products. The first collection of EcoDomo on the market consisted of recycled leather tiles. We are now experts with leather surfacing-recycled and hide leather applied to a variety of substrates and formats. We have since expanded our lines to include a leather veneer, a collection of interlocking planks, decorative borders, as well, laminated leathers and extensive custom design options.

EcoDomo leathers are ideal for headboard applications in a wide range of sizes, colors, and textures. Historically, Pope Julius III had gilded leather walls in the 16th century. The Governor's Mansion in Williamsburg, Virginia has original 17th century leather tiles to this day. Leather tiles have proven to be timeless and comfortable. EcoDomo leathers floors are a quantum leap in the rare world of leather floors. As early as the 14th century, leather was used instead of wood as a warm flooring option in European castles. EcoDomo leathers advanced the resilience, durability, and diversity of price points and installation options through technology. Our leather floors perform well, as they have a density similar to Red Oak and a wear layer similar to quality hardwood floors. EcoDomo recycled leathers are in thousands of commercial demanding installations worldwide. Millions of monthly users go through restaurants and shops where spills and bumps occur with no impact on the recycled leather finish. Our recycled leathers are used in residential kitchen floors, walls and backsplashes daily. Our Andeline Recycled Leather Veneer - RLV - is available in industry standard 4x8 sheet or in 54 rolls for ease of integration in manufacturing. It is also available laminated on 4mm panels - the same thickness as glass.

The care required for a leather floor is similar to what you need to do for a wood floor. Your leather floor will carry characteristics of the environment and the lifestyle of the area in which it is installed. It will develop both character and a lovely patina over time. Normal maintenance includes, vacuuming with a soft brush, damp mopping with a very well wrung out mop. The care and maintenance for EcoDomo leathers products is very similar to the maintenance and requirements of interior wood finishes.

All EcoDomo leathers are available laminated onto panels made of MDF or plywood. Use our RLV laminated panels in manufacturing as any other laminated sheet. We laminate at our own facility with a press on the appropriate substrate for your application. We stock a unique 2.3 mm thick MDF which allows us to make RLV leather panels the same thickness as glass. These panels are used easily as components for designers and manufacturers in doors, cabinetry, or specialty applications.
