NexGen Construction Services, Inc. is a fully-licensed, complete contracting service. We specialize in the design build of solar photovoltaic systems. We are dedicated to facilitating the implementation of solar technologies for commercial and residential customer who is seeking the benefits of renewable energy production. We ensure that every system specifically meets the needs of our customers and that every system is integrated carefully and completely into the building upon which it is installed.
Residential solar systems are eligible for a 26% federal tax credit, for now, based on the total system cost. Solar systems are also property tax exempt. They do increase the value of your property to potential buyers, but they legally cannot increase your property tax. We will conduct a free site visit to your home to assess available space for solar and analyze your energy usage. We will use this information to create a customized solar proposal. We will propose a solar system based on energy usage and available space to maximize the value of solar.
What are typical solar panel prices? On the surface, this seems like a straightforward question, suggesting an answer that is easily attainable. However, the concept of "price" includes much more than the sticker price of a few solar panels. When considering solar panel installation, you need to take into account a variety of items, including materials cost, installation cost, maintenance cost, and energy savings, not to mention the added value to your home or building. Turning first to materials & installation cost, plan on investing about $3-4 per watt of solar energy, compared to $6-9 per watt in 2010, and check out solar reviews for quality.
