This summer, we decided to get solar panels. I got quotes from a handful of solar places, Stellar Solar was not the cheapest, but I am glad I went with them. I'd read there are many businesses trying to cash in on the boom in solar and are happy to get you signed up quickly but then don't follow through on installing the system in good time. That was something I wanted to avoid.
A friend had recommended Stellar after installing his system; they managed the whole process really efficiently, everyone I spoke to was knowledgable and never felt like I was being 'sold to'. It felt more like they were giving me information rather than trying a sales tactic. I spoke to Zac first and he quarterbacked everything from there; we had roof work done at the same time, and he arranged quotes from different roofers. We were happy with the roof work, the very next day after that was completed, a team came out to install the solar system!
The timelines were much quicker than I first expected after hearing of newbie companies who don't follow through and can't get your system turned on. I think ours was inspected a week after installation and then turned on 3.5 days after that.
The staff were all very friendly and we were happy to have them around the house.
The system is very subtle on the roof, and we've been very happy with the experience.
