Highly recommend! Went in after looking in big box stores, not knowing exactly what we wanted. The two staff members were incredible! They offered several options in our price range and even let us take a sample home. Both staff members were very helpful and offered us a wide variety of options. We returned the sample and placed our order, which ended up less than the big box store. Go check them out for your tile or countertop or floor!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have purchased from once upon a tile several times. This recent purchase was just a amazing as before. The entire staff could not be more helpful. The selection is sometimes overwhelming but the staff is there to assist in helping you narrow it down and make the perfect choice. They designed the layout for me and ordered just the right amount of stock, along with everything I needed to complete the project. I love this place and can't wait to go back for my next tile project. You get the personal service you can't get at the big box stores as well as superior quality product.

Once Upon A Tile is by far the best tile store in Eastern or Central Mass. It has a huge selection, the lowest prices, and the most helpful staff of any place I went. And I went to plenty! While looking for tile for a small bathroom renovation, I looked at every tile store I could find in the western Boston suburbs all the way west to Fitchburg, more than 20 stores in all. I am a very indecisive shopper and I went to OUAT at least 8 times, sometimes staying the whole afternoon. Every time, without exception, the sales people were friendly and went out of their way to help me find just what I was looking for. The owner, Jeannie, is fabulous. Once she understands what you want, she dashes off and returns with yet another incredible tile sample. Best of all, she tells you what she really thinks, instead of just trying to sell you whatever you seem to like. I did have to return some tile (I should have listened to Jeannie), and they made the process completely painless. I cannot praise this store enough. Best shopping experience of the entire remodeling process.
