While we applaud Habitat for Humanity for their work we are not affiliated with them. We began building homes in the Seattle area in 1975 when the focus on preservation of the environment was of high concern in our area. Pete Peterson, founder of Habitat Construction, began building single-family homes in the seventies and continued until mid 1980s. He then was tapped to become the finish superintendent for Condominium projects in Bellevue, Renton and Mill Creek areas of Seattle. In 1986 Pete moved to Guemes Island and has been building custom homes in the San Juan Islands and Anacortes ever since.
Completed just in time for spring and summer boating and fishing. Within a mile of the airport you can fly, drive, or boat to your new home in The Isles. Natural wood floors, doors, trim and cabinets combined with cement plank siding and heat pump mini split heat make these homes the best of the past and state of the art economy. Views of the San Juan Island abound, watch the commercial vessels, ferries, fishing and personal watercraft from your living room. Eagles sore, Owls hoot and the Deer barley notice you.
Only one lot left and it's the best one...Lot 17
