Emerald Builders was created by Bill Miers and Stan Starr, bringing over 60 years of experience in the construction industry together. We are full service general contractors based in Ferndale, WA and our services range from custom residential homes - new and remodeled, to commercial projects - public and private. We have been providing dependable, quality services in the greater Bellingham area (including Whatcom & Skagit Counties) and the construction industry since 1997.
