Although Faber has been building custom homes since 1987 it simplified things for us and our clients to form a separate residential division. We at West Coast Homes offer many services involved in building new homes or renovating your current one. Whether or not you have a design we either start by teaming our client with a design professional for drawings, and work hand in hand as the drawings are being developed with pricing, design input and value engineering. Or, if you have a design we can start by estimating, value engineering if requested, and submit for permits. The idea of value engineering a plan isn't just "redesigning a plan" like everyone thinks, it is looking at the whole project from site work to the finishes on the house.
