Pacific Crest Builders was created in 1998 by Jeff Randolph. Jeff has over 20 years of construction, development and operations experience including construction management, land development, product development, risk management, construction defect analysis and repair, safety and regulatory requirements, customer service, and green building technology. Jeff is a driving force for the practical implementation of sustainable green building technology. Jeff is a Build It Green Certified Green Building Professional and Green Point Rater-Advisor, a member of the US Green Building Council, and an advocate for the practical implementation of sustainable green building technology.
