The building of your new Pacific Modern Homes, Inc. (PMHI) package comes together with the experience and assistance of your dealer. Your dealer will help you through the entire process of completing your quality home building project efficiently and thoroughly. With experience and professionalism, your dealer will guide and assist you through many phases of your building project, from choosing your plan, obtaining permits, financing options, framing and finish material packages, your local dealer can also help you choose subcontractors to complete the phases of construction you choose not to do on your own.
This wonderful 4,030 square foot, three story home has been designed like no other. The first story serves as an In-law unit comprised of 2 Bedrooms, Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Room. Both residences have separate garages and entrances. The total square footage of the garage is 857. The second story has a Master bedroom, Office, Photo Lab, Gallery, Sun Room, Kitchen and a 2 story dining area. Because of the fast build of a PMHI package, PMHI usually delivers the complete package on one day. In this case four tractor-trailers were required for this package and were delivered on two different days.
