At Zions, we care about our relationship with our clients. We want to be your builder. It's not long-term contracts that we are interested in, but long-term relationships. Projects like these are fraught with challenges, but from pre-construction to final inspection, we are committed to being there and working through those challenges with you.

Zions began as a small contracting firm and has remained that way, with a steady schedule of projects. Zions has been contracted to build pretty much everything. We've built award-winning, million-dollar residences, and medium density residential. We've been the preferred builder for restaurant chains such as Gandolfo's and Costa Vida, built dental offices and creameries, even a cell tower. We've taken on everything from hillside development projects, to ground-up pad sites, to tenant improvement, to full-scale development and everything in-between.
