Located in Fort Collins, Colorado, Lee Barker Builder LLC has been building green, energy efficient, high performance, healthy and sustainable homes for over ten years. Our focus is on building homes for people who care about quality and care about the earth. In concert with our energy rater, we examine our homes at plan stage, analyzing the HVAC system, building envelope, window locations & home orientation. It's our goal to make each home as efficient as the budget will allow.
