Should you choose to use our design team, they have unlimited resources for products for your home in your choice of style, from classic to contemporary, to make your home truly yours.
Trying to figure out where to begin when designing your custom home? Exploring our floor plans is an excellent place to start! We can build from an existing floor plan as-is, or work with you to truly make it a custom home that fits your style and needs. All of our floor plans are designed by experienced architects who understand the balance of beauty and functionality that is essential in any custom home. Any of the floor plans listed below are completely customizable, but we can also work with you to create your own brand new floor plan!
While Jason focuses on the actual building of each home, Dani takes care of the NoCO Custom Homes homeowners and makes sure their home-building experience is everything they had hoped for. Dani's background in nursing makes her a natural in the role of customer care, and she enjoys coordinating with our homeowners. She guides our clients through the selections process, coordinates and attends meetings between our vendors and homeowners, and helps to track and organize the sometimes-overwhelming amount of information and number of decisions that face homeowners during the custom home-building process.
