Our story actually begins in London, England. While living in a 400 year old Tudor home in Surrey, Master Builder, Nick Smith first cut his teeth in property development in Central London, working on commercial projects. It was in the 90's, however, that he moved to the Dallas Suburbs and switched to residential development, giving way for Kensington Custom Homes. Kensington Custom Homes was soon a sought after partner in the Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, Keller and Grapevine areas. Seen as a boutique builder, never taking on too many projects, KCH has enabled many dozens of families to realize their visions.
