Each family has different needs, wants and desires. We will sit down with you and your family to discuss your lifestyle, price point and financing options. Once your home site is selected the Design Agreement is needed to begin your dream layout with our floorplan designer. Then you will meet with our lenders and interior designer, visit our appliance show room, and see our water demonstration. We meet to discuss the site plan, floor plan layout, recommended amenities and initial ball park pricing.
